Storyline
The storyline focus on Kassandra or Alexios (the character you choose) and the their life as a misthios and how they learn about their family, the cult of Cosmos, and the overall journey of their life. Personally I played as Kassandra for two reasons, the first is that I wanted to play the cannon character as I felt that this would make the storyline more authentic to what it was supposed to be, second I choose to play Kassandra because I wanted to play a female Assassin for the main game.
I really enjoyed the voice actress who brought Kassandra (Melissanthi Mahut) to life, I really felt that she was able to bring the emotional depth that Kassandra needed to the story as well as her character just felt so natural. Kassandra was also my and Daniella's first pick on which of the two siblings we should play since we wanted to play more of the cannon version of the game. Overall I really enjoyed exploring Kassandra's life and with my choices save her whole family! I really like being able to not only interact with the other characters but I also really like being able to guid the storyline to what I would want. Also I will admit I was super nervous until I was 100% certain that I saved Kassandra's family. That was all I wanted when playing the game and I am so happy I don't have to repeat the game because I accidentally messed up!
Gameplay
When it comes to the gameplay in Odyssey I was highly impressed. I somewhat knew what to expect after playing Origins since the game mechanics were built around the same time. But I also knew that the games set up when it came to special abilities. Instead of being able to have multiple perks and abilities that would enhance your gameplay, you have 4 special abilities that you can use when fighting to give you an advantage this also includes and additional 4 perks when using your bow. I honestly really enjoyed this as it allows me to customize my play style to what ever I want without having these extra abilities clutter my play style. There are perks that you can get that do not need to be assigned to the special abilities section. I was super happy that there were still some features that allowed me to improve my game play without taking away specific moves that I have grown so used to using. When it came to the fighting mechanics and the overall use of the control I felt that it was was super easy to learn and after about 20 minutes of gameplay I was involve with everything about the game.

Music
I loved listening to the music in this game. Especially when I would just wander around the game in the forest/desert areas when it was nice and calm as long as there was nothing hunting you. It was just so peaceful and nice to listen to that I would just aimlessly wander each of the island so that I could not only expand my map but just listen to the music. There were times where I would just let the game play in the background while I did other tasks outside of the game because the music was just so peaceful. World/Graphics
The graphics are absolutely gorgeous the amount of vibrant colors that you can see all around the world. The bright colored flower that decorate the islands with such pretty blues, purples, and the lush green trees and grass this game is just absolutely gorgeous and I just love exploring all the different style islands. I think what I love the most is exploring the cities as each one is unique and different from one another. Each major city focuses on different Greek gods, each fitted with enormous statue to represent them whether they were made with marble or gold!
Thank you everyone for reading. I had so much fun playing Odyssey and I'm super excited to see what the Ubisoft team has done for Assassin's Creed Valhalla! Now, since I still have so much of the world to explore that I missed when playing the main story and some of the small quests, I think its time to jump back into the game and explore more of this beautiful world!
