Game Description
Inspired by RimWorld and The Sims, Catizens is a colony management simulation game where you watch over unique cats with quirky personalities, as you help them build and grow their settlement while exploring new lands, facing off against wildlife and overcoming the challenges of each environment.
Building
I'm having a absolute ball building my town and of course my little towns throughout each of level of the game. So far in each level that I've played i have created probably some of the most cutest towns. I will admit however, I would love to see a feature when I could pick up and turn buildings if I place them in the wrong spot. You don't know how many times I would place down a house and have it face the wrong way so I would be amazing if in a possible update this feature could be added. Other than that, I think that the building was super simple and easy to figure out.
Catizens
I love how you can control each of your Catizens and tell them what tasks you can they they should be working on. However, if you plan on having more than a handful of cats, this will make it a little bit difficult after you have about ten to manage. I would like it if there was a way to select multiple cat and set them up to do specific jobs (ex. farmer, guard, builder) while also seeing that without having to direct their every move. This would definitely make it easier to possibly control a larger group of citizens instead of each one individually.Citizens: Cat Farmer |
World/Graphics
The world is so cute! I absolute love how the worlds is created and design to make it cats paradise with the beautiful lakes and ponds near by along with the catnip spread throughout the village. To play this game I am using my Bootcamp Window 10 for my Mac. I have my graphics set to the highest settings at 5120 x 2880 @ 60Hz with a Fantastic quality setting and the image is super nice and clear. I'm not running into any hiccups or stutters which is great! I also love to explored the world and see what is underneath all the clouds that are covering each level in the map.Until next time,
